Key responsibilities: • Exploring Dassault Systèmes’ Cloud solutions • Preparing for and participating in client presentations • Providing technical support to clients (3D CAD, Simulation, PLM, data management) • Training users in new technologies • Creating technical content (videos, articles, training materials) • Supporting sales teams (demos, audits, specification analyses) • Participating in digital transformation projects Skills to be acquired: • Internal Dassault Systèmes certifications • Digital project management • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) • Optimising customer satisfaction through KPIs Ideal candidate: • Final-year engineering student (mechanical, mechatronics) or equivalent master’s degree • Curious, meticulous, dynamic and passionate about new technologies • Interest in CAD (SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Fusion, CREO, etc.) • Good interpersonal skills and a flair for customer contact • Fluency in German and English (bonus: french) Practical information: - Location: Based in Paris (WeWork) with the option to work remotely (Teams) / can be discussed! - Contract type: Internship only - Remuneration: €1,500 per month - Working hours: 7 hours per day, weekends off Benefits: • Meal vouchers • 50% of Navigo travel pass reimbursed • Friendly WeWork space (rooftop, table football, beer…) • Grow within a challenging and highly educational start-up environment This internship is intended to lead to a permanent contract.
