Responsibilities

• Together with our project managers, you will be responsible for handling our demanding mixed-use projects.
• In your role, you will proactively coordinate specialist planners and other project participants.
• The routine creation of digital 3D building models completes your area of responsibility.

What we expect from you

• You attach great importance to the planning and implementation of construction projects with the highest design standards.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in handling LPH 1-5.
• You are very familiar with common regulations (DIN/EN, VOB, LBO).
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD 27 and 3D processing is an advantage.
• Your working style is characterized by a high degree of initiative and a structured approach. Very good written and spoken German round off your profile.
